You can find us over in Haralu Colony in Dimapur, at Shri Vitolie Angami’s place. It’s a residential area, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We like it that way because it keeps us close to the people we are actually trying to help. There’s usually a bit of activity around the gate, and kids playing in the street nearby. Inside, it’s just a few rooms where we keep our files and meet up to talk about what needs doing next. We don't have a big staff, just a few local folks who care about what happens in our neighborhood. Nagaland has its own way of doing things, and we try to respect that. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated plans. If someone has a problem, they usually just come by and talk to us. We’ve had some long afternoons sitting on the porch discussing how to get things done with the resources we have. Sometimes the internet is slow or the rain keeps us indoors, but we stay busy. It’s a humble setup, but it works for us. We’ve been part of this colony for a while now, and everyone knows where to find us. We don’t bother with fancy brochures. Most people hear about us through word of mouth, which is how things usually work best around here anyway. It is just about being part of the community.
