Khatrodi Nirmaan Private Limited

Our office for Khatrodi Nirmaan is on the second floor of House No 106. We are right above Century Electricals, which is a pretty well-known shop in the area. If you find yourself in the Dimapur bazar area, look for the SBI branch because we are right opposite that. It is a very busy part of town, so finding parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. Being on the second floor gives us a little bit of a view of the street, but mostly we are just focused on the work inside. We do construction and building work, or what we call nirmaan around here. It is a straightforward business run by local people. We don't have a receptionist or any of that polished stuff. Usually, it's just one of us sitting at a desk answering the phone or going over some drawings. The office smells a bit like old paper and tea most of the time. We work with a lot of different people in the market, so being right in the middle of the bazar makes things easier for getting supplies. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just need a place to handle the paperwork so we can get back to the actual building sites. It’s just honest work day in and day out, trying to keep things moving. The bazar is loud, but it keeps us on our toes while we work.
