We are located out at 4 1/2 Mile in Diphupar B Village. INGENIOUS MANAGEMENT CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED has been operating from this part of Dimapur for a while. It’s a bit away from the main town center, which we actually prefer because it’s a little quieter and easier to breathe. Most of our work involves sitting down with management stuff and figuring out details that others might find a bit boring. We have a simple setup here in Nagaland. Our office is just a regular building where we spend our hours looking at spreadsheets and taking calls. It’s nothing too complicated. We don’t use a lot of jargon when we talk to people because it just confuses things. We’d rather just say it how it is. Sometimes the roads out here get a bit dusty, especially in the dry season, but we don’t mind it. It’s part of living and working in Diphupar. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. It’s not like those big companies where you don't even know your neighbor's name. We share a pot of tea in the morning and talk about what needs to be finished by five o'clock. We stay busy enough. There’s always something to fix or a report to finish up. We just keep our heads down and do the work that’s in front of us every day. It’s a steady way to live and we're happy with it.
