Energy Infratech Pvt Ltd is located at House No 93 in Khermahal Charali, along AH Road in Dimapur. Nagaland is a unique place to work, and being in Dimapur puts us in the main hub of the state. Our office is on the main road, so it is quite easy to spot. The atmosphere here is a bit different than in the plains. Things move at their own rhythm. We deal with energy and infrastructure projects, which means we spend a lot of time on the phone with people in different parts of the country. Inside the office, it is just a bunch of desks and a lot of paper. We don't have any fancy decor. The focus is always on the technical side of the projects we are handling. We know the neighbors and the local shops well. Sometimes the rain in Dimapur can get really heavy and slow things down, but we just keep working. We are a small group of people who have been doing this for a while. We don't use much marketing talk; we just explain what needs to be done on a project and then do it. It is a simple setup, but it works for what we do. It's fine being here and being part of the Dimapur business community. Most days are just about finishing the logs and making sure the engineering reports are ready before we close up.
