Dimapur Travels

Our office is set up in Netaji Colony, which is a fairly quiet part of Dimapur compared to the main market areas. We’ve been in this 797112 neighborhood for a long time, and we like the way it feels. It’s more of a residential vibe, so we know a lot of our customers by their first names. The office is just a simple ground-floor room with a couple of desks and a bench for people to sit on while they wait. We don’t have a website or anything like that; we just prefer talking to people face to face or over the phone. Most of our day is spent looking through schedules and writing down details in our big ledger book. It’s a very traditional way of doing things, but it works for us and the people in Netaji Colony. Sometimes the local kids play outside our door, and we can hear the sounds of families living nearby. It makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed. We don't use big slogans or try to act like we’re a huge company. We’re just a local travel spot where you can get your tickets and have a chat. If it rains hard, the street outside gets a bit muddy, but that’s just part of life here. We open up early and stay until the evening, making sure everyone gets their travel papers sorted before they head home for dinner.
