You can find AVANT MUST PRIVATE LIMITED over in the Zeliang Colony area of Burma Camp in Dimapur. We’re located at Khanry Iralu’s place in the East Block. Dimapur is always moving fast and it’s pretty hot most of the year, so our office is a place to get out of the sun and focus on the tasks we have. We do a lot of different things here, mostly practical work that keeps the business moving. It’s not a shiny office with leather chairs or fancy art. We have a few sturdy tables and our computers. Some days the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it goes around here. We try to stay organized, though sometimes the stacks of paper get a bit high on the corner desk when things get busy. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished speeches. We just talk like regular people and do what needs to be done. Being in the East Block means we’re close to a lot of the local action, which is nice for staying connected. Most of us grew up around here or nearby. We know the streets and the people. It makes working here feel more natural than being in some sterile office park. We just show up every morning, drink some tea, and get started on the list for the day. That's our routine, and it seems to work out okay for everyone involved.
