Aghungu Infrastructure Private Limited is based out of House Number 259 in Midland Colony. Dimapur is a fast-growing city and there is always some kind of noise or construction going on nearby. We started this business because we saw how much work was needed around the colony and the rest of the town. We don't spend much on office decorations. Most of the time, our boots are covered in dust anyway, so a fancy carpet wouldn't last long. We handle things like drainage, wall construction, and basic site prep. It is a straightforward operation without any corporate layers. We have a few guys who have been with us from the start. Being in Midland is good because it is central, but the traffic can be a real headache when we are trying to get a load of bricks delivered. We don't talk much about visions or missions; we just talk about where the next pile of sand is coming from and if the mixer is working right. The heat in Dimapur can be brutal in the summer, so we usually start very early in the morning to beat the sun. If you walk past House 259, you might see us sitting on the porch talking about the next job. We just want to do work that stays solid and doesn't fall apart after the first monsoon rain. It is just us, working hard every day.
