Our office is located at Number 1 Hatiyali, right here in Dibrugarh. It is a fairly quiet area, which is nice for getting work done without too many distractions. At SAROJ CASTLE PRIVATE LIMITED, we mainly focus on building and property matters. It is not a very big operation, just a few of us who have been in the trade for a while and like to do things our own way. We spend a lot of time out on the grounds rather than sitting behind desks. The office itself is pretty simple, with just the basic stuff we need to keep the paperwork in order. Dibrugarh has its own rhythm, and we try to work along with it. When the heavy rains come, things slow down a bit, but that is just part of living in this part of Assam. We know most of the people around Hatiyali, and they know us by name. We are not about fancy presentations or big corporate talk. We just look at the plans, talk to the laborers, and try to get things built the right way. Most days involve a lot of walking around and checking on supplies like sand and bricks. We usually have our lunch together under the shade when it gets too hot in the middle of the day. It is a practical life, and we are happy staying local. We just want to make sure the work we do is solid and that we can look our neighbors in the eye when we see them.
