Royal Food & Beverages is situated over by Mohna Ghat, right near the Brahmaputra River. It’s actually quite a nice spot to work, even if it gets a bit humid being so close to the water. We have been operating from this location for quite some time, and the river is a constant backdrop to our daily chores. We deal with various food and drink products here, and our days are usually filled with processing and packing everything up. The building is an older one, so it has its share of leaks and creaky doors, but it serves us well enough. We have a small group of workers who live nearby and they really know the ropes by now. We don't use any fancy management techniques or big strategy meetings; we just talk over tea in the morning and figure out what needs to get done. Sometimes the river rises and we have to keep an eye on things, but mostly it's just a peaceful, busy place to be. We are just trying to make a living and provide something useful to the local market. It’s simple work, but we find it satisfying to see the crates stacked up at the end of a long day. We don't bother with fancy advertisements because word of mouth usually does the trick for us.
