Our office is tucked away on H S Road in Dibrugarh, which is a place that feels like home to us. Ranglals Travel Division has been a part of this street for years. We aren't a big flashy company with a huge lobby. Instead, we have a simple room where we handle travel bookings and talk to people about where they want to go. The rain in Dibrugarh can be quite something, and many afternoons we just watch the water run down H S Road while we wait for the next person to walk in. It’s a quiet kind of work most of the time. We handle a lot of different travel needs, from local trips to things further away. We know the routes around here pretty well because we’ve lived here all our lives. You won't find any complicated systems or corporate slogans on our walls. We just use our computers and our phones to get things sorted. Sometimes the printer jams and we have to spend twenty minutes fixing it, which is just part of the day. There is a tea stall nearby that we visit often. Usually, we are just here from morning until evening, making sure the tickets are printed and the schedules are right. It’s a decent way to spend the day, helping folks get where they are going without making a big fuss about it.
