North Hills Hospitals Private Limited is based in Dibrugarh, over on Circuit House Road. We are actually located inside the Luit View Apartment building. Dr. Bijay Kumar Ray’s place is at Flat No - Vic, and that’s where a lot of the activity happens. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are in an apartment building rather than a standalone hospital structure. The view of the area from the upper floors is actually pretty nice, hence the name Luit View. The postcode here is 786001. Being on Circuit House Road means we are in a fairly central part of Dibrugarh. It’s a bit quieter than the main market area, which is good for the patients. We have a few rooms converted for medical use. It’s not a massive facility, but it’s what we have and we make the most of it. The elevator in the apartment building can be a bit slow sometimes, so a lot of us just take the stairs. The staff is small, just a handful of nurses and the administrative people. We don’t have a cafeteria or anything like that. People usually bring their own tiffin or go out to the local shops. It’s a very grounded, everyday kind of place. We spend our time checking charts and talking to the people who stop by. It’s a simple operation in a good part of town. We keep things tidy and just get on with our work without overcomplicating things.
