Charlie Tea Private Limited

Our company is Charlie Tea Private Limited and we are based out of 2 No Bokulon in Ncduliajan. It is a small corner of the world, but it is home for us. We started this because we knew the area well and saw that there was a lot of good tea around. The office isn't much to look at, just a room with some chairs and a computer that sometimes acts up when it gets too hot. We spend our days coordinating where the tea goes and talking to the people who pick it. Ncduliajan is a place where everyone knows each other, so we try to keep things friendly. We don't use big words or have meetings that last all day. We just look at what needs to be done and do it. Usually, that means checking the quality of the batches or making sure the transport is ready on time. It gets dusty in the summer and muddy in the rain, but that is the life of a tea business in this part of Assam. We are proud of the name Charlie Tea, even if it sounds a bit different from the other local estates. Being at 2 No Bokulon means we are close to the gardens, which makes the work much easier for us. We don't have a big marketing team, just a few of us making sure the tea gets from the ground to the bags without any fuss.
