PARAM AGRO INDUSTRIES

We are located on the Sangrur Bye Pass Road in Dhuri. The place is called Param Agro Industries, and we’re right there at 8A/342. Being in Punjab, we are surrounded by farming, so it made sense to set up here. We spend our days working on agricultural machinery and parts that farmers in the area need. It’s a lot of welding, grinding, and painting. The shop is right on the main road, so it gets a bit noisy with the trucks passing by, but we don't really notice it anymore. We started small and we’re still a pretty modest operation. We don’t have a fancy sales team. Most of the time, farmers just pull up their tractors and ask us to fix something or see what new equipment we’ve got sitting out front. It’s a practical business. We know how important it is to have gear that doesn't break down in the middle of harvest. We try to keep things sturdy. There’s no corporate ladder here, just a few of us who know how to handle tools. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the weather and the crops while we work. It’s a good life in Dhuri. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to make sure the local guys have the tools they need to get their work done on the farm. It is steady work and it keeps us connected to the land.
