Wakeeta Agri Genetics Private Limited is located at Shri Zenda Naval Patil’s place in Dhadra. This is in the Dhule Taluka and the district of Dhule. We focus a lot on the genetics side of farming, which means we spend a lot of time looking at seeds and talking about crop yields with the locals. The office is simple, just a room in Dhadra where we keep our files and samples. Dhule is a dry place, and the heat can be really intense during the day, so we try to do most of our outdoor work early before it gets too bad. We are often out in the fields or sitting with local farmers to see how things are growing. It’s not a high-tech lab like you see in the movies. It’s mostly just us with some basic equipment and a lot of local knowledge we've picked up over the years. We try to figure out what seeds work well for this specific soil and the harsh weather we get. Sometimes the experiments don't work out at all, and we have to start over from scratch. It can be frustrating, but that’s just how it goes when you work with nature. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have been doing this for a long time. People around Dhule know Shri Zenda Naval Patil, so they find us easily enough when they need seeds. We don't do any big promotions. We just talk to the people who grow things and try to help them out. It's what we do.
