Waheguru Property Brokers is located in Block No. O-2/3 over in Kumar Nagar. We’ve been working out of this block for some time now. It’s a straightforward business where we help people buy or rent houses. There aren't any big flashy signs, just our name on the door. We spend most of our time on the phone or out visiting different properties around the neighborhood. Kumar Nagar is a decent area, and we know most of the blocks pretty well. If someone is looking for a place, we try to find something that fits what they’re asking for. We don't use any of those corporate scripts. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. Some days are slow, and we just sit and drink tea, and other days everyone seems to want a new apartment at once. We handle the negotiations and the middleman stuff that people don't want to do themselves. It’s practical work. We’ve seen a lot of families move in and out of these blocks over the years. We like staying local because it’s easier to know what’s actually available. If you’re around Block O, you can come by and have a chat.
