Shri Bharat Dairy

The place for Shri Bharat Dairy is over on Chopada Road, out in Yaval. It’s a simple setup at 1432/A/2/3, not hard to find if you’re heading that way. Every day starts really early for us, way before the sun is up, because that’s just how dairy work goes. There is always a lot to do with the containers and making sure the milk stays fresh and ready for the morning rush. We spend a lot of time cleaning things and checking the temperature. It’s physical work and your hands get tired, but it’s what we know. The road out here gets a bit bumpy, but the trucks manage just fine. We have a few neighbors who stop by regularly. It’s not a big corporate operation or anything like that, just a local spot where we handle our daily business. We try to keep things organized, though during the busy hours, it can get a little hectic with people coming and going. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the small desk in the corner, but we get through it eventually. We’ve been in this part of Yaval for a good bit of time. It’s mostly about the routine here. Making sure the cans are lined up and everything is loaded correctly takes up most of our energy. We just keep our heads down and do the job. The cows need tending and the milk needs moving, so we don't have time for much else. It's just honest, daily work for all of us here.
