Samrudhhi Construction

We are located at 17, Tapimai Society in Deopur. Our place is in the Dattamandir area, not too far from the Auditor Colony. Samrudhhi Construction is basically run from here, where we do all our planning and store some of our smaller equipment. It’s a residential-style area, so it’s a bit quieter than a main commercial street. We have some desks set up with blueprints and folders piled high. Most of our time is actually spent out at various building sites, but this is where we come back to handle the bills and the phone calls. Deopur is a nice part of town, and we’ve been part of the community here for a while. We don't have a big corporate headquarters, just this modest space in Tapimai Society. It works for us because it is close to where we live and easy for people to stop by. The atmosphere is very casual; we often have tea while discussing the next phase of a project. It’s not about being the biggest company; we just focus on the buildings we are working on and making sure the walls are straight and the foundation is solid. We have been doing this for several years now, and the neighbors in the Dattamandir area see us coming and going with our tools and ladders. It is just a straightforward construction business, run by people who know the local area.
