Rupam Clinic

Rupam Clinic is located on Malka Pura Road, and if you’ve been down this way, you know it’s a pretty straightforward area. We don't have any flashy lights or big billboards. It’s just a plain building on the side of the road. Most days start early before the sun gets too hot. We sweep the front, tidy up the small waiting room, and get the water ready. The road outside can get a bit noisy with trucks and bikes passing through Malka Pura, but inside it stays mostly calm. We see a lot of the same people because we’re right here in their neighborhood. It’s not a place where you’ll find fancy art on the walls or leather sofas. We have plastic chairs and old wooden desks that have seen better days. But they work fine for what we need. We spend our time checking on whoever walks through the door. Sometimes it’s just a neighbor asking a question, and other times it’s someone who travelled a bit to get here. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. It’s just a small clinic on Malka Pura Road where we try to stay organized and helpful. By the time evening comes, the traffic settles down a bit and we lock up. It’s a quiet kind of existence, focusing on the people around us and the daily tasks that keep the clinic running smoothly. We don't need much more than that to be honest. It's our little corner.
