Ravi medical

We are based at our head office on Malegoan Road. It’s Ravi medical, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Malegoan Road is a busy stretch, so there’s always something happening outside our door. It’s not a fancy corporate office with glass partitions and air conditioning in every corner. It’s more of a traditional setup. We have a lot of shelves and a few desks where we keep our records. To be honest, it gets a bit crowded with all the files and paperwork, but we know where everything is. The people working here are all local and we’ve been together for years. We don't really have a "management" and "staff" divide; everyone just chips in where they are needed. Sometimes it’s a bit loud with the traffic and the people passing by, but that’s just the atmosphere of the road. We don't spend money on big advertisements or anything like that. We just focus on our day-to-day work and making sure things are handled right. The weather here can be quite dry and dusty, so we are always cleaning the desks. It’s just a simple, hardworking environment. We don't have any big mission statements or anything. We just show up every morning and do the best we can with what we have. It’s a very normal way to run a business in this part of town.
