Ram Krishna Traders

Ram Krishna Traders has been tucked away in Uss Galli for a good bit of time now. We are right opposite Agrawal Bhavan, which makes it easy for people to find us even if they aren't from around this specific street. The lane can get pretty narrow and busy during the day, especially when deliveries are coming in or going out. We usually have a lot of stuff piled up inside, so it might look a bit crowded when you walk in. My cousin and I run the place mostly, and we just try to keep things organized enough so we can find what a customer asks for. It is a basic setup with a desk and some chairs. We deal with all sorts of people, from contractors to homeowners just needing a few things for a repair. We don't have a big team of people answering phones. Usually, it is just us. If the phone rings while we are in the back, it might take a minute to get to it. We like being in this part of town because everyone knows everyone else. You see the same faces every day at the tea stall nearby. We try to be fair with what we charge because we live here too. When the monsoon comes, the lane gets a bit muddy, but we just put some planks down and keep working. We don't have a big sign with lights, just the one over the door that’s been there since we started. People around here know us by name, which is better than any big advertisement anyway.
