Mistry Construction Company, Dhule

We are based at Prashandeep in the Santnagar area, quite close to Maria Udyan in Lohgaon, Pune. Even though the name says Mistry Construction Company, Dhule, we do a lot of our coordination from this Pune address. Mr. Shrikant M Shelar is the one usually handling the main stuff here. It’s a bit of a mix between two places, which keeps us on our toes. The office is tucked away in a residential-feeling area, so it’s relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We spend our time looking over site reports and talking to clients about their builds. It’s a lot of back and forth between the office and the actual construction sites. Maharashtra is a big state, and we find ourselves traveling quite a bit to make sure things are going okay. We don't have a huge staff with fancy titles, just a few dedicated people who understand how to put a building together. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the paperwork because the day was spent out in the field. It’s not always easy, especially when there are problems with a supplier or the weather doesn't cooperate with our plans. We just take it as it comes. We aren't interested in being the biggest company, just a steady one that people in the neighborhood can talk to. Every day brings something different, and we just try to keep things moving along smoothly without too much fuss or complicated language.
