Jlt Agro Projects Private Limited is run out of Tarwade in the Dhule district. We use House No 67, which belongs to Sumanbai Ramdas Patil. It’s a quiet spot, not like the busy parts of the city. We work on different agro projects around this region. Most of us grew up here and have been around farms our whole lives. It’s not a polished business with a lot of staff in suits. Usually, you’ll find us in our work clothes, probably with a bit of mud on our boots. We deal with the day-to-day tasks of keeping agricultural projects moving. Some days we are dealing with irrigation issues, other days we are looking at the health of the plants. It’s a lot of physical work and sometimes the paperwork gets a bit behind. We try our best to keep everything organized at the house. Dhule has its own set of challenges with water and heat, so we stay busy trying to figure things out. We decided to make it a private limited company to be official, but we still act like a local small business. We know the people around here and they know us. There’s no need for big speeches. We just get the work done and hope for a good season. It’s a practical life and we don't know any other way to do it.
