We are located at Plot No. 16 in Avishkar Colony, right off Chalisgaon Road in Dhule. It’s a decent area, quite easy to find if you’re coming from the main road. We focus on skill development and education training here. The building is just a standard plot that we’ve turned into a learning space. There are a few classrooms with basic benches and some equipment for the hands-on parts of the training. We aren't into anything flashy. The walls have some posters on them, and there’s usually a bit of chalk dust or markers lying around. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and the locals know us as the place where people go to pick up new skills for work. Sometimes the power cuts out in the afternoon, so we just take a break and wait for the generator or for the lights to come back on. It’s just how things go around here. We don't have a fancy lobby with a leather sofa. Usually, you just walk in and someone will be there to help you out. Our staff are mostly local people who know the struggle of finding good training. We try to keep our hours flexible because many of the people coming here have jobs or other commitments. It’s a simple, hardworking environment for people who want to improve themselves. We just provide the tools and the space for them to do that.
