Gurukul English Medium School And Hostel

Our school, Gurukul English Medium School and Hostel, is right on Sakhari Road in Sindkheda. It’s a busy place from early morning until the sun goes down. We have the school part where the local kids come for their classes, and then there’s the hostel for those who live too far away in the Dhule district. Running a hostel is a lot of work because you have to think about breakfast, lunch, and dinner every single day. The kids are mostly good, but they get noisy during the breaks. We have a big gate at the front and a bit of a yard where they can run around. The classrooms have the usual benches and blackboards. We try to keep things organized but with so many kids, there’s always something happening. Maybe a light bulb stops working or someone loses their textbook. The teachers here are mostly from around this area. We have been here for a while and the building has seen a lot of students pass through. On Sakhari Road, there’s always a bit of dust from the passing vehicles, so we are always dusting the furniture. The hostel rooms are simple with bunk beds and common bathrooms. It’s a community, really. We see the kids grow up and it feels like a big family most of the time. We just keep doing our work and making sure the kids stay on track with their studies and their chores.
