Ebizhomes Services Private Limited is based out of Deopur in the Dhule district. We are specifically located at Plot No 98 in Vinod Nagar, which is part of Survey No 80. Deopur is a nice, mostly residential area, and working from here feels very grounded. We aren't in a big glass tower or anything like that. It’s a regular building in a regular street. Most of our neighbors are families who have lived here for years. We started this company to handle property services right here in our own backyard. The office is basically a few rooms where we keep our files and computers. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, so we usually have the windows open to catch a breeze. Dhule is a place where everyone knows everyone, and we like it that way. We don't use any complicated systems, just hard work and a lot of talking to people face to face. Sometimes we have to travel out to other parts of the district, but we always come back to Vinod Nagar to finish the day. There is a small park nearby where it's quiet in the evenings. We are just a small team trying to stay on top of the real estate scene here. Nothing more, nothing less. It’s a simple life and a simple way of working. We often sit and discuss things late into the evening before we head home for dinner. It is just our routine.
