Dsk Architects

Our office is on the first floor of Yogesh Complex, which is right at Jhansi Rani Cowk in the Lalbaug area of Dhule. We are directly opposite the Jhansi Rani Putala, so you can’t miss us if you’re at the intersection. We’re a small team of architects and designers. The office is usually filled with the sound of computers humming and the scratching of pencils on paper. We have blueprints rolled up in every corner and samples of bricks or wood sitting on the tables. It’s a workspace, not a showroom. We don't wear ties or use fancy jargon when we talk to our clients. We just sit down and try to figure out how to make their building ideas work. Most of our projects are local houses or small commercial buildings around Dhule. We know the local rules and the climate, which helps when planning. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs to reach us, but people don’t seem to mind. We aren't trying to be some high-profile firm from the big city. We just like building things that last. Sometimes we spend hours arguing over a small detail in a floor plan, but that is how we work. We don't have a big sales pitch. People see what we’ve built for their neighbors and then come to find us at the Cowk. It’s simple and direct, just a bunch of us working on drawings and making things happen for our clients here.
