Our office is in Vijaya Business House at Vadi Bokhar Naka in the Promod Nagar area of Dhule. It is a busy spot. We are near Jain Senior College and right across from the Domino’s, so there are always students and families around. Being builders and developers here in Dhule means we spend a lot of time out on dusty plots of land rather than sitting in the office. Dream House Builders And Developers is just a group of us trying to put up solid buildings. We deal with the blueprints, the permits, and all the cement and steel. It is not a glamorous job. There is a lot of waiting for approvals and dealing with rain that slows down the foundation work. The office is where we keep all the site maps and the legal documents. It is a bit messy sometimes with rolls of paper everywhere. We do not have a fancy marketing brochure. Usually, someone sees one of our half-finished buildings and asks around to find us. We talk plainly about what it costs and how long it takes. There are no hidden fees or anything like that because Dhule is a small enough place that everyone finds out if you are not being honest. We just want to build houses that do not leak when the monsoon hits. If you are heading to the college or getting a pizza, you will see our sign right there near Shalimar Health.
