The stairs in Raghu Nandan Complex are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step when you come up to the second floor. We are right here near Bhagwa Chowk, which is always full of cars and people. If you see the Shiv Sena office, you are pretty much there. It’s a busy spot. We spend most of our time dealing with mobile phones and things like that. People come in with broken screens or battery issues. It’s not a very quiet place because of all the shouting and horns from the chowk below, but it keeps things interesting. Sometimes the light in the hallway flickers, but the office itself is okay. We’ve been in this complex for a while now. Most of the local people know us. They drop off their phones and go run other errands while we look at them. We have some chairs for people to sit, though it gets a bit cramped when it's busy. Raghu Nandan Complex has a lot of other offices too, so there is always someone coming or going. We keep our tools on the main desk and there are boxes of spare parts everywhere. It’s just a regular telecom shop, nothing fancy or polished about it. We just do the work that comes in. You can hear the office next door sometimes, but that is just part of being in an old building like this.
