Our main office is actually out in Sindkheda, which is in the Dhule district. We are located on Rath Lane, and it’s a much different vibe than the big city of Pune. Life here moves a bit slower, but the logistics work is just as busy. We handle a lot of the movement of goods through this part of Maharashtra. The office is at number 40, and everyone in the village knows where it is. We deal with trucks coming in from the main highways and heading out to the smaller towns. It’s a lot of manual logging and talking to the local drivers who know these roads better than anyone. Sometimes the dust from the roads gets into everything, but that is part of the job out here. We don't have fancy furniture or a coffee machine; we just have our desks and our ledgers. Most of our day is spent making sure the loads are secured and the paperwork is ready for the checkpoints. It’s a practical business, and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We are just a local team making sure things get delivered on time. It can be a bit quiet in the afternoons, but then a truck rolls in and everything gets busy again. We like being part of the community here and doing our part to keep things moving.
