Navadrona Nidhi Limited is based out of House No 118, which is Mollah Bhavan in the village of Luwashur. We are out here in the Guwagacha area. It’s a quiet place compared to the city, which we like. The office is basically part of the local landscape. You won't find any neon signs or marble floors here. It’s just a solid building where we keep our records and meet people. Being in a village means things move at a different pace. We know the families around here and they know us. Most of our day is spent sitting at the desks, going over the numbers and making sure everything adds up. It's not glamorous, but it's important. We get people stopping by just to say hello or to ask about their accounts. We don't mind the interruptions; it’s part of being in a small community like Luwashur. The air is better out here than in the town centers. We try to keep our operations as straightforward as possible. If someone has a problem, they just come talk to us. No waiting on a phone line for an hour. It’s just face-to-face interaction. We've been in Mollah Bhavan for a bit now and it feels like home. We’re just local folks doing our part to keep things running for everyone in the BPO Guwagacha area. It's a simple life and a simple business. We keep our paperwork organized and our doors open to anyone who needs to settle their business with us.
