Nature Harvest Agro Processors Private Limited is located out in Village Chagolia Part II. It’s right near the post office in Chagolia, under the Golakganj police station. We are pretty much at the edge of things here. Our setup is all about processing what comes off the local farms. It’s a lot of noise and dust sometimes, but that’s the nature of agro-processing. We don't put on any acts about being a high-tech facility. We have the machines we need and we use them to get the job done. The village is a tight community. Most of us have lived in Golakganj our whole lives. We see the same faces at the market and on the roads every day. When we started this, we just wanted a way to process the harvests right here instead of sending everything far away. It saves time and it keeps the work local. The weather here in Chagolia can be tough, especially during the monsoon, but we keep the processing going as much as we can. We spend our days checking the quality of the produce and making sure the bags are packed right. There isn't any marketing team here. It’s just us, the local workers, doing what needs to be done to keep the business moving. We take pride in the fact that we are a real part of this village and not some outside company just passing through for profit.
