We don't really have a big office building to talk about, as you can see from our contact info being just a phone number. It’s mostly just us working and keeping things moving from wherever we are. We’ve been doing this for a good while now and it works for us. Most of the work happens over the phone or out at different sites when we need to check on things. It’s a bit of a different way to run a business compared to having a shopfront on a main street, but we prefer it. We spend a lot of our time on calls at all sorts of hours depending on who we are talking to. It keeps us on our toes. Sometimes we handle the paperwork from a small desk at home when we need to catch up. It’s not always easy keeping every single paper organized when you’re on the move, but we have our ways of doing it. We focus on the export side of things, which means a lot of talking to people and checking schedules. There isn't a big sign with our name on it anywhere in the city. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just calling the number directly. We like it that way because it keeps everything more personal. We know our customers and they know they can just reach out to us whenever. It's a lot of work, but we enjoy the freedom of it.
