National It Solutions

Our place, National It Solutions, is over at Plot No- G-16/B in the Galaxy Shopping Center at Galaxy Chowk. If you know the chowk, you know how busy it gets around there. The shopping center has a lot of different shops, and we’re one of the ones tucked into the ground floor area. We’ve got a small space where we keep our tools and spare parts for networking and computer setups. It’s a pretty functional setup without any bells and whistles. We spend a lot of our time dealing with routers, cables, and fixing up desktop units that people bring in from the nearby offices. Since we are at Galaxy Chowk, there’s always something happening outside, and we get quite a bit of foot traffic. The shop is often a little cramped because we have to store boxes of inventory and old machines that are waiting for pickup. We don’t put on airs or pretend to be some big tech firm. We’re just local guys who know how to handle IT issues. Sometimes we’re out at another business setting up their office network, so the shop might be closed for an hour or two with a note on the door. It’s just how we operate. We like being in the middle of the action at the shopping center. It’s a good spot for a business like ours because everyone knows where the chowk is.
