My Tours N Travels

We've been running My Tours N Travels for a good while now, right near Baldhana Chowk. It’s a busy spot, and honestly, we spend most of our mornings just getting things ready before the first people walk in. Being in this part of town means there is always something going on outside our door. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic, but we are used to it by now. We mostly handle travel stuff, like helping people figure out where they need to go or sorting out their trips. It’s not always easy, especially when the phones start ringing all at once or when there's a mix-up with a booking, but we just get on with it. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we keep our papers and computers. We know a lot of the folks around Baldhana Chowk since we see them every day when they pass by. A lot of our day is spent looking at maps or checking schedules on the screen. We try to keep things simple here without making a big fuss about everything. If someone needs a car or a ticket, they just come in and we see what can be done. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering calls to cleaning up the desks at the end of the day. It’s just how we work and we’ve been doing it this way since we opened up.
