The shopping center itself has all kinds of businesses, and we are just one of them. Our space is pretty basic. We have the front area where we deal with people and then the back where we keep the records and stock. It’s not a large place, so we have to be very careful about how we organize things. We spend most of our time answering queries and getting the pharma products ready for distribution. Being near the hospital makes sense for us, even if the noise is a bit much sometimes. We don’t have any fancy displays or marketing posters on the walls. It’s just a practical office where the work gets done. Sometimes we grab lunch from the small stalls around the chowk. The staff here is small, and we’ve worked together for a long time, so we have a good rhythm. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just focus on being reliable and making sure the supplies are handled properly. It’s a simple, everyday routine that keeps us busy from morning until we close up in the evening. That is how we have operated for years now.
