We’ve been out here in Narsinghpur for a while now. It’s a quiet spot in the Baseri area of Dholpur, mostly just fields and local folks. Ics Engg. Pvt. Ltd. isn't some fancy high-rise operation. We work out of a small setup near Post Ekata. The roads get a bit dusty in the summer, but we manage. Most of the guys here are from the surrounding villages. We spend our days dealing with various engineering tasks that come our way. It isn't always glamorous work, and sometimes the power cuts out, making things a bit slow. But we get through it. People know us by word of mouth mostly. We don't spend much time on the computer or making things look pretty on paper. We just focus on what needs doing for the day. Living and working in Rajasthan has its own pace. You learn to take things as they come. If you ever find yourself passing through Dholpur and head towards the village, you’ll see our small sign. There isn’t much to look at, just a group of people trying to keep things running. We deal with whatever mechanical or technical issues get dropped at our door. It’s a bit out of the way, sure, but we like it here in Narsinghpur. We've got our routine, the morning tea, the afternoon heat, and then heading home when the sun goes down. That is pretty much our life at Ics Engg. Pvt. Ltd.
