Our place, Agastya Nutrifood Industries Llp, is located at Plot No 3 in the Pharmez area, right off NH 8A in Rajoda. Being out on the highway is actually quite helpful because the trucks can get in and out without getting stuck in town traffic. We do a lot of the nutrifood manufacturing and processing work here. The building is designed to be practical rather than pretty. We have a bunch of machines for mixing and preparing different types of food products. It is never really quiet in here because there is always some equipment running or a truck idling outside near the gates. We have been at this specific location for quite a while now. Almost everyone who work on the floor is from one of the nearby villages. We don't really go for the whole corporate office vibe. There is a small desk in the corner for doing the bills and the paperwork, but mostly we are out where the actual work is happening. We try to get our raw materials from the local farmers whenever the season allows for it. It is tough work, especially when the summer heat gets trapped inside the building. We just keep our heads down and try to finish the batches on time. We aren't interested in being some massive company. We just want to make sure the food we send out is decent. We don't have marketing teams or anything. If the product is good, the orders keep coming and we keep working.
