If you have ever walked through Nehru Place, you know how hectic it gets. We are located in the Manisha Building, specifically in units 104/75-76. It is a busy spot, surrounded by computer shops and other traders. We have been in this building for a good while, and it feels like a second home to most of us. The hallways are always full of people moving boxes or rushing to meetings. Inside our space, things are a bit more organized, but it is still a working environment. We deal with fabrics and textiles every day. You will find rolls of cloth leaning against the walls and stacks of samples on the tables. It is not the kind of place where everything is shiny and new. It is a place where work actually happens. The tea man comes around twice a day, and that is usually when we take a short break from the orders. Nehru Place has a certain energy that keeps you moving, even on the slow days. We do not do a lot of talking about ourselves; we just focus on the stock and making sure the numbers match up. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is quite a workout. We are just a local outfit trying to keep things running smoothly in one of Delhi’s busiest commercial hubs. There is no magic to it, just staying on top of things.
