Palak Expo Fabrics

We are located at Neelam Suede House, which is part of the Skyline House building in Nehru Place. If you’ve ever been to Nehru Place, you know it’s a total maze of offices and shops. Our place is 104/85 on the first floor. It’s a bit of a climb if you don't want to wait for the lift, but it’s not too bad. Palak Expo Fabrics is mostly just piles of cloth and sample books stacked up on shelves. We’ve been here for a while and the space is getting a little cramped, but we make it work somehow. The light from the windows isn't great because of the other buildings nearby, so we have to keep the overhead lights on all day. It’s a busy atmosphere with people coming in to check out different materials for their own projects. We don't really have a sales pitch; people usually know what they are looking for when they walk in. Sometimes the hallway outside gets blocked with deliveries, so you have to squeeze past. We try to keep things organized, but when a big shipment comes in, it can get a bit messy for a day or two. It’s just how things go in this part of town. We don't have any fancy brochures, just the fabrics we sell and a desk where we do the billing and talk to customers who visit us.
