Plan Pera Architects

We've been at Mata Mandir Rd in Aanad Vihar for a while now. Plan Pera Architects is basically just a group of us who spend most of our days drawing up plans and talking to contractors. If you walk down Aanad Vihar, you’ve probably seen our small sign out front. It’s not a big fancy office or anything, just enough space for our desks and a bunch of rolls of paper everywhere. People usually come in with a rough idea of what they want to build, and we try to make sense of it on paper for them. Sometimes the projects are big, sometimes it’s just someone wanting to fix up an old house. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at sites making sure things are actually getting built the way we drew them. It gets pretty dusty out there on the road, so coming back to the office on Mata Mandir Rd is always a relief at the end of the day. We don't really do the whole big firm thing with lots of useless meetings. It’s mostly just us working through technical stuff and making sure the measurements are right so nothing falls down. Sometimes we lose track of time when a deadline is close, and you'll see the lights on late at night. It’s a quiet area mostly, which helps when you need to focus on a tricky layout. If you’re around and looking for where we are, just head towards the temple road. We're usually around from Monday to Saturday.
