You have to go up to the second floor of H.No.131 at Millan Villa to find us. Varistha Agro Private Limited is tucked away in Simlipada, Angul. It’s a bit of a climb if you’re carrying heavy boxes, but we’re used to it. Angul is where we decided to set up because the community here is solid. The office isn't very large, but it's enough for what we do. We deal with agro stuff, mostly administrative and planning from this particular spot. Down on the ground floor, it's a bit noisier, but up here it stays fairly quiet so we can get our paperwork done. We don't have fancy leather chairs or a boardroom. Just a couple of desks, a printer that jams occasionally, and some files. It feels like a real workspace. We started Varistha Agro because we wanted to work for ourselves and stay in Orissa. Some days are long, especially when the season is changing and everyone needs things at once. We don't put on any airs or pretend to be more than we are. We're just a small group of people in Simlipada trying to run a business that makes sense. It isn't always perfect, and sometimes we forget to restock the tea, but we get the job done.
