Recently Left Vishal Mega Mart

We are currently operating out of a couple of different spots in Odisha. One of our main points is at Nalco Nagar in Angul, specifically at Qtr No. B-240 where S. Pallai is. The other place we use is over in Naya Bazar, Paradip, at A. Swain’s place. It’s a bit of a spread-out setup. Since moving on from the previous retail association at Vishal Mega Mart, we’ve been focusing on these local spots. It’s a more personal way of doing things now. We don't have a giant storefront with neon lights anymore. It’s mostly about handling the business from these residential quarters. It’s a bit different than the big mart environment, but it works for what we are doing. We spend a lot of time traveling between Angul and Paradip to make sure everything is handled correctly. There’s a lot of coordination involved when you have two locations like this. We handle the daily tasks ourselves, from sorting out orders to making sure the records are straight. It’s not a polished corporate operation with a HR department. It’s just us trying to keep things going after a big change. We know the areas well, from the industrial feel of Nalco Nagar to the busy streets of Naya Bazar. We just take things one day at a time and keep moving forward with our own work. It keeps us busy enough to stay out of trouble.
