Our setup is at Plot No 21 in Baligorada, which is over in Kamakhyanagar. It is part of the Dhenkanal district here in Odisha. We are an OPC, so it is a small operation where we handle almost everything ourselves. The focus is on e-learning, specifically for medical topics, which is why we call it Medicoway. Living and working in Dhenkanal is a bit slower than the big cities, and we prefer it that way. It gives us time to actually think about the lessons we are putting together. The office is just a simple room with enough space for the equipment and some medical books. We aren't trying to be some giant tech firm; we just want to make sure the information we provide is actually useful for people. Sometimes the power goes out in Baligorada, and we have to wait a bit to get back to our screens, but that is just part of life here. We do all our own editing and uploading. It is a lot of solo work, but it feels good to build something from the ground up in our hometown. We don't have a bunch of fancy slogans or a big sales team. It is just us at the plot, working through the medical courses and making sure things run as smoothly as they can. If you ever pass through Kamakhyanagar, you will know we are there in the background.
