Our office is situated in a place called Motta, which is out near Kamakhyanagar in the Dhenkanal district of Orissa. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren’t used to the local roads, but we like the location. It’s quiet and gives us plenty of space to breathe while we manage our infrastructure projects. We operate under the 759018 postal code, and most of our staff lives nearby in the surrounding villages. Things move a bit slower out here than they do in the big cities, which actually helps when you’re trying to plan out complex construction work. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a lot of staff in suits. Usually, you’ll just find a few of us sitting around a table with a stack of files and some cold water. The building is simple and practical, much like the way we handle our business. We’ve been part of this community for a while now, and we’ve seen how the local infrastructure has changed over the years. It’s not always easy work, especially when the monsoon rains hit and everything turns to mud, but we stay at it. We just focus on getting the foundations right and making sure the jobs are completed without too much fuss. It's just a regular local operation.
