Out here in Aukhama, Dhenkanal, things are a bit different from the big city offices. This is where Ijm ( India) Infrastructure Ltd has a presence in Orissa. It is a more rural setting, which means the pace is a bit different, but the work is still just as demanding. We are mostly focused on the local infrastructure projects in this region. The office is simple, just enough to keep our documents safe and give us a place to sit and plan things out. You won't find any corporate skyscrapers around here. Instead, we are surrounded by the local landscape and the heat of the Dhenkanal district. We spend a lot of time out on the sites and then come back here to write up our reports. It gets dusty and sometimes the roads are a bit rough to travel on, but that is part of the job. We have a small group of people working here, and we mostly look after the logistics and the day-to-day operations of the project. There isn't any fancy coffee or air conditioning that works all the time, but we get the job done. It is practical work for people who don't mind getting their hands a bit dirty. We don't really do much in the way of advertising or self-promotion. We are just here to do the work that is assigned to us for the 759015 area.
