Enestee Engineering(P) Ltd is located in Dhenkanal, Orissa 759146 India. Dhenkanal is a place with its own character, and being based here means we are part of the local scene. Our engineering work takes us to different spots, but this is where we call home. The office is a straightforward place. We do not have any of those fancy modern features like open-plan lounges or bean bag chairs. It is just solid desks and a lot of cabinets for our engineering drawings. Most of us have been around Orissa for our whole lives, so we understand how things work here. We do not use big words or try to sound like we are from a corporate headquarters in a big city. We just talk plainly about the engineering jobs we have to do. Sometimes the rain in the monsoon season makes it hard to get around, but we manage. The people in the office are like a big family, really. We eat lunch together and complain about the heat. We do not spend any time on promotional stuff or trying to win awards. We just want to finish the project on time and move on to the next one. It is a humble way to run a business, but it has worked for us so far. If you are ever in Dhenkanal, you might see our sign. It is not the biggest, but it is there. We just focus on doing our jobs.
