Css is run by Rama Chandra Behera and we are tucked away over by the Reserve Police Line in Dhenkanal. It is a pretty easy spot to find if you are familiar with this part of Orissa. The office is basically a small room where we keep all our files and handle the daily business. Being near the police line means it is usually a fairly orderly area, though it gets busy during certain times of the day. We have been here for a good while now, just doing our thing. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but that isn't really a priority right now. We are more concerned with making sure the paperwork is handled and the people who come to see us get what they need. It is a local operation, through and through. We know most of the neighbors and the people who walk by every morning. Dhenkanal is a nice place to work because it isn't as hectic as the bigger cities, but we still stay plenty busy. There is always someone coming in with a question or a document that needs looking at. We do not have any fancy signs or big advertisements. Most people just find us because they know Rama Chandra or someone told them to come by the Reserve Police Line. It is just a straightforward, honest place to get some work done without any fuss or unnecessary noise.
