Ayran Group is located out in Talcher, which is a pretty industrial area in Orissa. If you’ve ever been to Chaturi Behera, you know it’s a place where people aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. We’ve been operating from here for a long time, and the heat in this part of the country is no joke. Most of our days are spent dealing with the logistics of whatever project is currently on the table. It’s dusty and loud outside, but that’s just the nature of being in a town like Talcher. We have a small office where we keep our records and meet with people who come by. It’s not decorated with anything special, just some calendars on the wall and piles of paperwork. We don't have a corporate vibe at all; it’s more about sitting down and talking through problems until they're fixed. Sometimes the trucks are late or the supplies don't show up when they should, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. That’s how things go around here. We know most of the other businesses nearby, so there’s a bit of a community feel despite all the heavy industry. We just try to stay busy and make sure the work we do is enough to keep us going for the next month. It’s a tough environment but we’ve grown accustomed to the pace.
