Sanjib & Co.

We are located right in the middle of the Dhekiajuli Main Road Market, in Ward Number 10. You can find us pretty easily because we are quite close to the Hanuman Mandir. The market is always loud and crowded, especially on weekends, but that is the way we like it. At Sanjib & Co., we deal with various goods that people in town need. It is a bit of a mixture of things, honestly. We have been here for a long time, and the building is showing its age a bit, but it is sturdy enough. My uncle started this business, and now I am the one mostly looking after it. We spend our days talking to customers and haggling a bit over prices, which is just part of the market life. The rain can be a problem sometimes when the roof leaks a little near the front door, but we put a bucket there and keep going. We do not have any big corporate goals or anything. We just want to make a living and help the local people find what they are looking for at a fair price. It is a busy life, and there is not much time for breaks, but seeing the familiar faces every day makes it worth it. Sometimes we run out of tea in the shop, so one of us has to run across the street to the stall. It is just a normal, everyday business.
