Rama Prasad.S is the one who runs the place, and he is the son of Venkateshappa.S. It is a quiet neighborhood, mostly residential, which makes it a nice place to work from. We have a simple setup on the plot where we handle all the logistics coordination. It is not a big office building, just a practical space that we have used for years. Rama Prasad spends most of his time talking to drivers and making sure the logs are up to date. We have a lot of paperwork and the desks are usually covered in files. Hubli can get quite warm, so we have the windows open to catch any breeze we can. The Chetna Colony is a well-known area, so most people don't have trouble finding us once they get to Bengeri. We don't have any flashy branding or mission statements. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure everything is moving as it should. Venkateshappa is still around sometimes, and people in the colony know the family well. It is a family-oriented vibe here, even though we are part of a larger company. We take our tea breaks and then get back to the work. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation for us here on Keshwapur Road.
